Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Customized or sale items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at contact@scentroverse.com with your order details.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us.
  3. After inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Customized or discounted products.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing, cancellations are not possible.
